FOUNDER
With a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management and a Master's Degree in Construction Engineering Management Raven specializes in acquiring, developing, and operating our various projects. Having almost a decade of experience in Property Management, Raven's passion for Real Estate Development ignited. Her aim is to showcase how we develop our projects, they develop our communities, and thereafter they develop us.
Rodney Lewis
OWNER / CAPITAL PROJECT MANAGER
With a degree in Business Management and over 30 years of experience in project management and facilities management, Rodney serves as our Capital Project Manager. He focuses on procurement, negotiations, and the management of contractors for our projects.
